Sorry about the gap between posts. I’ve been bedeviled by my computers since early December. Here’s a drawing of my wife, Michele, when she was very sleepy.

That’s a gorgeous drawing, Bob.
Can you add a little about what media it is, and size?
Thanks, Jason.
It’s pencil (brown Col-erase, to be specific) on sketch paper. The full drawing is 11 x 14 inches; it’s full figure, but I just posted the portraiture.
BTW, I checked out your site. Really nice work.
Thanks for filling in the details, and thanks for your kind words!
You’ll never remember this, but we actually sort of met– well, talked on the phone, anyway– I was an art director at Fantagraphics many years ago. We talked about color sep work on the computer. And I want to say that I did some art monkey work on Minimum Wage, but I may be smoking crack (it was a long time ago).
Anyway, I’ve long been a fan!
Great piece.
Cheers,
Jason
Gorgeous portrait, sir.
Thank you. I love the subject matter, so that helps.
No doubt!
Why must we draw what we hate? Nic one!
Oh, Bill…
